[WING] Tilt and Notch EQ band types

Hello, guys! I would be useful to have Tilt filter as a band.

I know you have it as a filter

But it would be useful to have it as an optional band type or be accessible through the EQ window.

Also, it would be nice to be able to add a Notch filter to completely cut out certain frequencies. I wouldn't say it's used often, but there are times when it's really needed.
