Wing edit PC channel meters bug when switching layers on a bus

Connected via wired ethernet

Repro:
- Select a layer (example CH 1-16)
- Select a bus (example B1)
- Ensure some channels are enabled so that audio is visible on the channel meters
- At this point the meters will be showing the correct audio levels
- Select a different layer (example CH 1-17) while still on the bus
- Bug: The channel meters will still show the levels from the previous layer

If at this point you swap back to any of the main busses (Main 1), then back to the original bus the meters will be correct again. This bug also does not seem to occur if you are swapping layers while viewing any of the main busses, only the matrices and other mix busses.
