Wing Compact: Power supply noise on all analog Out. Unusable mixer

Hello, on my 1 month old new Wing compact. There is a mechanic noise near the power supply, a continuous noise that is quite unpleasant. I’ve noticed that it varies depending of all the different levels of brightness (screen, scribble rack lamp etc). But most notably, it changes with the brightness of the screen. I can make it disappear by setting it to the minimum(5%), for example.

BUT! The noise is on all the analog outputs!

I didn't realize it first with my monitors at home because the "mechanical" noise must have mixed with that on my 5" monitors. I tested it today on a sound system in a professional context. (I work in a 3 theater complex) Verdict, t's obvious, the noise is broadcast by the speakers—>like 30/35 dB on a classic small line array. Not possible to work with it.

Whether the output is muted or not, the noise is residual at the same level --> unless I change the lighting values as explained before, same phenomenon). It sounds like switching power supply noise and a bad grounding problem. The noise disappears in AES EBU, or when the main screen brightness is at a minimum (5%). But my console becomes unusable...

Here is a rec off the “mechanical noise” (back off the wing, not any speakers), I precise it’s trim boosted to hear it well.

And a short vidéo of the worst: the noise broadcast through analog out to PA. (it’s bad rec and the sound control room is set back, I didn't film in the room, but you can still hear it clearly)

I'm so disappointed; the console is very well designed, but it makes me doubt its reliability... I have pending performances, and it put me in a very bad situation at work today. I will have to return it, which will take some time
