UI (bug): Rack Graphic Eq FX

1) When editing the FX graphic eq, in rack there is no way to move the yellow selection box that defines what sliders are shown on bottom of sceen.

2) when using your fingers on eq faders, the db value is nowhere to be seen.

3) ADD: Scale pot for more controlled editing +-6db would be nice scale to avoid over eqing.

4) ADD: MiX pot would be useful too - as in every FX. One could check wheather the eq is overdone.
