Roadmap

Tempo and Clock Control Features

I would like to suggest the implementation of several features to enhance tempo and clock control within the system. These features will allow for more flexible and intuitive ways of triggering and adjusting tempo-related parameters.

1. Tap Tempo via Click Track:

It would be extremely useful to have the ability to set the Tap Tempo based on a click track signal. This would enable users to sync tempo seamlessly with an external audio source or a live performance.

2. Tempo Control via Rotary Knob (BPM Adjustment):

Another useful feature would be to map the tempo adjustment to a rotary knob. By rotating the knob, users could easily change the BPM (Beats Per Minute), providing a smooth and direct way to modify the tempo in real-time.

3. Midi Clock Sync:

Additionally, as previously requested, the ability to integrate Midi Clock synchronization would significantly enhance compatibility with other devices and systems, ensuring seamless synchronization across multiple platforms.

4. Global Clock and Effect Subdivision:

Once a global clock is established, it would be beneficial to have the option to define the subdivision of the clock used by effects. This would allow effects to be applied in different rhythmic subdivisions, providing more flexibility in how the clock influences them.

5. Effect-Specific Clock Control:

Lastly, it would be useful to have the option for each effect to either follow the global clock or operate independently. This would give users complete control over which effects are synchronized to the global clock and which ones are not, offering more creative freedom.

These features, when implemented, will provide a higher level of flexibility and control over tempo and synchronization, greatly enhancing the user experience.
