Some improvement on Channel Copy tool
At the moment you have to do these steps to copy some parameters from one channel to another:
select the source channel
Open the copy tool
select the desired target channel(s)
select the desired groups of parameters (scope)
press copy.
close the popup window, so that you are able to select another source channel
when you now want copy another channel (e.g as a workaround for the missing channel move function), you have to close the pop window then select the next channel and start over with the steps described above.
This is especially time consuming when you work with WING Edit, because of the additional mouse moves you have to make.
It would be easier for the operator, when you can select another source channel while the tool remains open:
Open the tool window
select target channel on the current layer
select the target channels
press copy
select the next source channel
…
As you can see, this will reduce the number of steps for each copy to three instead of the six described above.
Furthermore, it would be also helpful to select more than one target channel and the copy it to the target by selecting the target of the first source channel. Think here about how to copy a range of cells in a spreadsheet application like Excel.
Third, it would be helpful when the operator can copy a standard channel (1 to 40) to an aux channel (41 to 48) and vice versa.
