Routing Wing Rack Headphone Outs

Hi, is there any chance to get a seperate headphone out routing ( the 4 outputs on the back of the rack )? For dialog: the 4 headphone outs are routed via the 8 analog outs ( XLR 1-2 = 1 headphone out and so on )
