MR18 noise issue on start-up

MR18 let’s out a shriek/oscillation several seconds after power up. It last about 500 milliseconds and almost full rail to rail output. This has been observed by many users.

Although a workaround is to mute the outputs on startup, this is not always a viable option. I suggest to either isolate and repair the cause of the oscillation or keep outputs muted for several seconds until mixer stabilizes.
