M32c and S32 Problem with FX

Hi i’m in contact with a friend who is currently touring in the US with M32C and S32 stagebox.

Sound Pass trough stagebox and mixer correctly

He’s describing a situation where the first 4 fx slots sound distorted/Glitched like if the sample rate differs from the mic pres.

Fx Bus 5-8 works fine.

I was suggesting him to check the s32 firmware update helps.

M32c firmware is up to date.

Any other suggestion that i can provide him to solve this situation?
