Firmware 3.05 removed "per-bus" channel send width

Before (Firmware 3.04 and earlier) it was possible to reverse a stereo signal (keyboard) for the keyboard players stereo IEM bus using the width control for each busses’ channel send.

With 3.05 ‘tap width‘ affects all IEM Sends for a given channel (stereo keyboard, overheads, rooms). With musicians playing in a round (for rehearsal or video shoots) individual positioning for bus mixes needs to come back.
