Feature Request: Automatically fade the fader in/out when mute/unmute

We all know the issue where our teams miss a mute/unmute during a service or show and all of a sudden the music/voice is super loud.

Instead of having the mute “instantly turn on” the source, could you make muting behavior act as a fade in/out to the current fader level?

This could maybe be a setting that could be turned on and off in the system menu (and maybe be able to adjust the total time to fade from -∞ to the current fader level? such as 0ms-3000ms). Even more advanced would be able to have this setting configurable for each individual channel.

Thoughts? I don’t know of any other mixer having this.
