Fader Knobs detaching too easily on Behringer Flow Mixer

I've noticed an issue with the Behringer Flow mixer. During my first live use, two of the fader knobs came off too easily, and trust me, it was just with normal use. It must have happened that I accidentally lifted the knobs slightly while moving them, but I think such a device should be able to handle that.

The knobs should stay securely attached, even if they are moved quickly or handled a bit roughly. It's really important for the fader knobs to stay in place for reliable performance during live sessions.

Do you maybe have a solution for this? I surely hope this can be fixed in future updates or models.
