Error in USB interface de x air 18

When connecting my XR18 console via USB to my mac the audio sounds for a few seconds and then goes away as if no signal was coming in, even so the PC continues sending the audio as if everything was working normally only the console cuts the audio after a few seconds sometimes more sometimes less, if the connection on a windows pc works normally, although previously the audio was also cut off as well, I have struggled with that since it arrived new, today I updated its firmware from 1.19 V2 to 1.22 V2 and on the mac I tried and for a moment everything was fine, no matter if I connected or disconnected everything was fine but out of curiosity I put it on the Windows pc and everything was fine, when I went back to the mac the problem came back again
