Direct outs solo

Hi,

I have an X32 compact with a Klar Teknik ADAT expansion card. I mostly run a completely electronic setup and mostly work alone.

All of my outputs are routed either via cable or adat to my two UAD Apollo soundcards. The outputs of these soundcards are routed back to the table via the aux in and this way I can solo my inout tracks via the solo bus and still have the option to monitor the computer via the table.

Now, in my case it would be very handy to be able to solo my direct outs since I sometimes have to monitor from UAD’s console since I sometimes use extra DSP FX in the console and run a specific mic straight into my UAD preamps which I can’t monitor via my X32.

Would it be possible to integrate an option in the solo menu to be able to solo direct outs? From an electronic studio perspective this makes alot of sense.

Does anyone know another workaround?
