Desk to Desk Link, Sofware interface

I own a WING console and have had a few jobs requiring more than 40 Channels (yes Stereo). I would be happy to purchase a second WING and Stage Box.

The desk has 3x AES50 Ports (ABC).

16 Stereo Buses (32 audio)

4 Main Buses (8 audio)

Normally I bring inputs in via A & B, not having much use for C.

If I could use C as an interlink to “BUS” together the 16 Buses & Mains between the desks. This would give me 80 Stereo Channels.

With the coming of the Compact and Rack, this would be a massive boon to my productivity and ability to scale out mixes.

Obviously, 1 Desk would have to be the Leader the other Follower, The Leader would do the processing and apply EQ,COMP,etc to the BUS.

Requirements:

1. Any audio sent from any channel to BUS 1 - 16 or MAIN 1 - 4 would appear as input to DeskA’s BUS 1 - 16 and MAIN 1 - 4.

2. If I rename a BUS or MAIN on Desk A the name shows up on Desk B

3. Disable BUS / MAIN processing on Desk B.

4. Pressing SoF on either Desk would enable SoF on both.

5. Surface and fader layer follow between the two desks.

6. Brightness/Contrast settings etc would be shared across desks.
