Custom Control window and setup in WING Edit

At this point, it is a serious step-back even compared to x/m32 family. As a touring engineer, I cannot arrive to a tight-sceduled festival stage with a complete mixer setup prepared on my usb drive, if they upgrade to a new WING from the old bro.

This feature could also solve the missing tap tempo function in the pc/mac based foh interface, if I have a WING Rack on the stage.
