<p>I’m using the external insert from the efx rack (efx slot 10) on a snare drum.  I set the mix knob to 100% but some of the original source still comes through.  So I hear 2 snare hits slightly delayed.  No adjustment to the mix knob changes this.  It seems the Mix Knob is not working correctly.  </p>
