Bug Report for Wing Rack Mixing Console (v3.0.4) - Bus Mono Issue

Dear Behringer Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered with my Wing Rack mixing console, specifically with the bus mono function. When sending a stereo track to a stereo bus with panning applied, and then switching the bus mode to mono, the bus is not correctly summed to mono. Instead, the stereo panning is retained, and the post-fader output meter shows signal only on the side with the pan applied. However, both channels of the bus output actual sound. The only way to make it work as expected is by toggling the send off and back on for the track routed to the bus.

I consider this a serious issue, as it can lead to unpredictable results, especially in live sound situations. If a bus is switched to mono during sound checks but doesn’t function correctly, it could cause major issues during performances.

My console is running firmware version v3.0.4. I also attempted to report this issue via https://ideas.behringer.com/, but whenever I tried to create a new post and select the WING or any other board, I encountered a "500" error with the message: "It looks like you've hit an issue with featureOS." This has been very frustrating.
