Bug? Precision Limiter in Mastering Fx defaulting to OFF

Running a Wing Compact with mastering FX rack inserted on a bus, routed to USB for a live-streaming mix. For some reason, anytime I save and load a snapshot, the on/off state of the precision limiter (the last fx in that mastering rack) is not maintained — it always defaults to OFF. The on/off states of the other fx in the mastering rack are saved, but I have to turn on the limiter manually everytime I restart.
