All local inputs showing signal, but nothing connected to any input.

I’m in the process of setting up the Wing Rack. Mostly tested source to channel linking, but only got around to prepping the Wing Rack today for a gig at the end of the week.

I turned it on, but got busy with other work. After around 2 hrs I suddenly noticed that there is activity on all channels, though nothing is plugged into the desk at all…

So to be clear - with noting connected to the local inputs of the Wing Rack, all 24 local inputs (sources) show random levels on each channel, each randomly clipping, and all jumping between green, yellow and then red (clipping) ... See attached video.

The desk is brand new, I only setup the date & time, the network (in order to control the wing Rack from a tablet), and a few labels. I’ve not even attached a Microphone to any of the 24 channels yet…

I turned the desk off a few times, still same issue.

I initialized the desk a few times - makes no difference.

I installed Firmware 3.06 - same issue

Please advise - I have moved from X32-Rack to Wing-Rack, and now worry that the desk is faulty, and have a big gig I wanted to mix on the wing this upcoming weekend (today is Monday).
