Add ability to name outputs

There is a concept of “Sources“ in the desk. And we have a fixed installation with specific places around the stage hard-wired into specific inputs/outpus in the stagebox. We can name the inputs themselves (=sources), that is great. For example “UpstgCen1“, “DnstgLeft2“. Then we assign these sources to different channels as needed, as intended.

But there is no way to name the outputs. There are just preassigned numbers.

So it would be great if we could also name the outputs.
